This one will give you a quick idea about what we may see on our Appalachain Trail adventure, but you can try your own search on http://www.youtube.com/. There are a lot of miles to be covered from Springer Mountain, Georgia to Mount Katahdin, Maine.
Yes! I've been sending this along to those (kid and adult) who want another perspective of the trip. Adam's blog posts will be mostly about running and what he sees - I wanted to share what I see and what might help educate about the trail.
